| Bio | Dr. Thompson specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecological Surgery and graduated from Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Many patients have made an impact on his life, but one patient who touched his heart was a young lady who was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Dr. Thompson was able to treat her and she is doing fine! Dr. Thompson grew up in Bartlesville, OK, and then moved around the Midwest for many years before settling in Colorado. While in Topeka, KS, Dallas was a part of a very busy and successful OB/GYN practice for seven years. Missing time with his four children and wife, he decided it was time for a change. Colorado Springs was attractive to the family, who love camping, hiking, backpacking and skiing. Next to Colorado, Alaska is Dr. Thompson's favorite place to be. Dr. Thompson is a sci-fi fan, a Dallas Cowboys fan and he loves Mexican and Italian food. Some of his favorite music includes U2 and he enjoys church activities and would love to spend more time in Ouray. |
