Plan Summary

Children's Integrated Services – Early Intervention (CIS-EI) provides family-centered early intervention for children from birth to age three who have, or may be at risk for, a delay in their development. Vermont Family Network is the host agency in Chittenden County for the early intervention part of this statewide multidisciplinary program. Children’s Integrated Services also includes prenatal, family and child support services and early childhood mental health services.
