Q:If I have healthkeepers silver 2250 20 and carry dental for children, how does the ded work? On my plan selection I have a $700 medical ded, does that also apply to the dental coverage or is the dental ded different? Meaning do I have one ded of $700 to meet when the plan states a percent/$ amount for my part after ded meet?
Q:This site lists my physician as in network, for this plan, which I now have insurance with. When I go on the Anthem web site it does not list any of these physicians as in network for this plan. I have tried to call Anthem, but was on hold for 40 minutes. How do I know if my physician is really in network. Also, Anthem lists the name of the plan ending in CBAX, not CBAU.
A:All the physician information are collected from the carrier's website. There may be a delay with the updating of the network information while the carrier make some changes to the network physicians. You may try the Check for Your Doctor link under the Cost & Coverage overview section, then you will be able to verify whether your doctor is in network on the carrier's website directly.
